Malcolm Jenkins – Principal Architect BA (Hons), B.Arch(Hons), ARB, RIBA

Malcolm qualified as a Chartered Architect in 1986, graduating from the University of Liverpool.
Prior to founding Malcolm Jenkins Associates in 1990, he worked at Broadway Malyan and as a partner at E G Fisher & Associates, an architectural practice which had been in Shepperton since 1960. Malcolm’s depth of experience in planning and design has resulted in a strong record of achieving positive planning outcomes and delivering high quality projects across Surrey, Middlesex and South West London.

Katherine Jenkins – Architect BA (Hons), Dip.Arch, MSc, ADPPA (Dist) ARB, RIBA

Katherine qualified as a Chartered Architect in 2018 with a Distinction in the RIBA’s Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture. She joined Malcolm Jenkins Associates in 2014 and has completed multiple residential projects, predominantly high end new builds, extensions and refurbishments during this time. Prior to this, she worked for a large property developer in London as a Technical Co-ordinator on a high-rise 930 unit mixed-use scheme. She obtained her MSc in Architectural Engineering: Environmental Design from The University of Bath in 2013 and graduated with First Class Honours in BA(Hons) Architecture from The University of Manchester in 2012.

Chris Jenkins – Associate

Chris studied BSc(Hons) Chemical Engineering at the University of Leeds, while working part time as an Architectural Assistant for Malcolm Jenkins Associates. He decided to join the practice full time in 2007 after realising his interest for the built environment. Chris is responsible for technical co-ordination and producing detailed CAD drawings.
